Agree! They've put me off.. My sample pack will be headed for the bin no doubt!
I can't wait to try the mask!
I tried it last May 2017 when they first launched and I fell in love with it!
I googled Rodan and Fields and this news about class action came up as top hit. Fresh news - 1 day old only.
Kind of scary!
Yeah I just saw this too.
Really quite concerning.
I came here to find new skin care products to use or to see if the ones I'm using are good. But the fact they're all R+F is rediculous. May have to stop using beauty heaven if all it shows is sponsored products...
It's not bh.
Bh is good and independent and we all do individual honest reviews.
It's people votting via marketing and companies. Bh can't control that.
Please don't leave bh.
Come onto the forum for skincare help, were all willing to help and discuss. Xx
marika I agrew with rayjay. Join us at the forum and you will get a lot of honest opinions there!
I think it's pretty suss how all the "bronze" members are in here raving up a storm to the "winner"...
SUSS SUSS SUSS
So true! If anything, we know who to avoid now!
Yeh, it's a bit controversial this year isn't it. I think the problem with brands that hire consultants to be the face of the brand is that it loses that sincerity. It feels like this has all loss a bit of sincerity when there is an invested business interest in their vote, unlike any of the other products.
Think I will be looking to a lot of the runner up products to try from this year's votes, at least we get to see the second places for when the first place product doesn't suit.
I love the Clinique products :)
Would have liked to have seen more reviews of some of these winning products.
I look forward to the day when the Glosscars awards are not tainted and the results rigged by companies desperately wanting to have the “Winner Glosscars Awards” badge on their product.
The proof is in the reviews on a product - and not only in the few weeks of Glosscars voting by new members submitting 1 review!
Please don’t treat real bh members like dumb idiots!
So freaking true!
I completely agree! This category is so rigged it's sad :(
Yet another year Glosscar has no credibility. There were so many opportunities for BH to rescue its bad reputation and yet those chances were not taken.
Ohh I really want to try the Body Shop Japanese Matcha Tea Pollution Clearing Mask.
So glad the body shop liquid peel won - I genuinely look forward to using it every 3 days, it's been great for my outbreaky skin!
Side note: Never ever heard of the brand that won, seems kinda suss that the majority of people commenting in support are distributors or consultants. Pretty disappointing to see people hijacking things like this for their own benefit.
Some of them don't even have reviews yet, how are they winners? If they're so wonderful people should be reviewing them...
And, maybe a lot of us would have heard of the brand before the Glosscar Awards. I for one will not be purchasing anything from the 'winning' skincare brand.
Definitely rigged no matter what the consultants in the comments say. Even if they say didn't make their own vote, others did. Notice how the ones defending the brand are very new BH members while saying how amazing the brand is.
I'm sure the products work well for some people, but if this brand were to truly be as popular as it seems, we would all hear about it and there would be a lot of reviews. There are barely any reviews on the internet on their products unlike the other Glosscar Winners & Runner Ups.
Congratulations to all the winners and now I have some new products to look into
Woohoo! Thanks beauties for voting for us! And congratulations to all the other winners!
