There is no middle ground with this product, you're either going to love it or hate it. I personally love it, but I can see why it's not for everyone. I ordered this online in shade 2 Oh My Gold. It's a sheer pink with a bit of gold shimmer. This is one of those products that will look slightly different on everyone, which can be a real drawback because you see it on someone else and love the colour so you buy it, hoping to recreate that look for yourself, and it doesn't look the same on you. That can be a problem
So after looking through dozens of online swatches and reviews, I was tossing up between #2 and #4, but chose #2 hoping to get slightly more colour. In the end, I don't think it really matters. Whatever colour you choose, I think there's a really good chance you'll end up with roughly the same thing, although I'd like to try a peach or lilac shade to see how that develops, but as far as the shade variations within a given colour group goes, I don't think it really matters
I love the smell of the product. It's quite fruity and delicious, sort of a strawberry kiwi scent. It doesn't last long and it isn't overpowering, but it is distinct. I personally like it, though some may not. I also find the applicator pleasant, but it doesn't seem that durable. It would be more stable if it was shorter, but at the length, it may be just a tad to thin so it feels like it could snap. Also the sponge tip, I'm curious to see whether it will hold up until the product is finished. My money is on it not lasting to the end of the product
This lip colour is a perfect touch of everyday glam. It's quite sheer and sweet, perfect for a polished look. It's also gorgeously hydrating and sleek, but not sticky. It's not colour that will stay the day, but it's easy to reapply with minimal fuss and you don't need a lip liner or too much precision. But I would try to avoid tossing it in your handbag because the consistency of the product will most likely make it prone to leakage, which you don't want in your purse.
