Swallow with big glass of juice or water. It helps the large tablet to get down easier.

Ideal for mildly anaemic people even though this is labelled as for Women's Health I think anyone could use them if needed.

Swisse Ultiboost Iron is often on sale at half price at the supermarkets so when it is and it is needed, I take the opportunity to buy two bottles.

Ideal for supplementing an insufficient intake of dietary iron or for raising iron blood levels after there has been a temporary drop due to regular blood donating.
