These small berry-shaped gummies are harder than a few other brands' gummies I've tried, but they're still easily chewable. They're pleasant enough, but I've had other gummies that taste better.
The tub contains 50 gummies, not the 60 quoted in the information above. The dosage is two gummies per day, so one tub is only enough for 25 days. I take various brands' Hair, Skin & Nails supplements: I always notice my bendy nails get harder, but I never see a difference in my hair or skin. While using these gummies, I had three nails break, close to the quick. I don't let my nails get excessively long. The broken nails were only 2-3mm past my fingertips. I don't know whether my nail breakages were a coincidence or the result of stopping my previous (cheapie) brand. After finishing this tub today, my nails still feel as strong as they were when I started the tub, so they don't seem any weaker.
REPURCHASE? No, I get better results from tablets, which are also more economical.
Swisse is an Aussie company, but like many of their products, the country of manufacture of these gummies is not mentioned. I suspect this means they're made in China?
Each Gummy contains:
Biotin 1.25mg, Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 20mg, Vitamin E (dl-alpha-tocopheryl acetate) 7.5mg, Zinc (from zinc gluconate) 2.5mg. Contains sulphites. The maximum daily dose contains 2.34g maltitol & may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhoea.
