As part of the BeautyHeaven trial team I was asked to try out the SheaMoisture 100% Virgin Coconut Oil Daily Hydration Conditioner.
This conditioner is sulphates and parabens free and claims that it is formulated with a nourishing blend of 100% virgin coconut-oil, coconut milk, shea butter and acacia Senegal which rehydrates, softens and detangles all hair types.
My hair is fine, thin, dry, colour damaged with split ends. In order to get the best result, I pair it with the SheaMoisture 100% Virgin Coconut Oil Daily Hydration Shampoo and Leave in Conditioner.
The packaging of this product is similar to the shampoo which comes with a clear plastic bottle, but the conditioner has a pump instead of lid. The texture of this product is thick, I think that’s why it has a pump to get the product out. The smell is similar to the shampoo which is a real, legit, fresh coconut smell.
I would recommend this product to use in conjunction with the SheaMoisture 100% Virgin Coconut Oil Daily Hydration shampoo and leave in conditioner. After my second wash of my hair with the shampoo, I gently comb through the conditioner from roots to ends with my fingers and leave in for three minutes. Then I generally have enough time to lather myself with my favourite shower product. Then I can wash away my shower product and rinse my hair at the same time. It leaves my hair silky soft.
