This is the first time that I am using this product and bought it at Priceline when Neutrogena was on sale for half price. As the box states "Improved Formula", it may account for the difference between my and other reviews here. The foot cream is packaged in a 56g plastic tube with screw on flip top lid. The aperture in the lid is very small as only a small amount of this product is required for each foot. The cream looks similar to Neutrogena's Norwegian Formula Hand Cream, i.e. translucent, not too thick consistency and similar appearance to vaseline. It has a slight menthol fragrance and when I rub the cream into my feet, it makes them feel cool. The reason I give this product 5 Stars is because on the box containing the foot cream tube is written "NEURTROGENA NORWEGIAN FORMULA Foot Cream provides prompt relief for even the most uncomfortably dry, rough feet." and this product does exactly as it claims. I have extremely dry, rough feet. So dry that my feet feel very uncomfortable. At night I use an overnight foot treatment cream but during the day, foot lotions don't help. They absorb instantly into my feet and half an hour later, my feet feel uncomfortably dry again. This isn't the case with Neutrogena's Norwegian Formula foot cream. It applies applies smoothly and absorbs well but it also leaves a barrier that maintains the anti-drying unique glycerin complex and prevents the foot from drying out. My feet feel soft, smooth and very comfortable to say the least and it didn't take a large amount of this foot cream to do it. Hours later my feet still feel very comfortable. I'm not going to use it to soften dry, cracked heels or calluses because it is quicker to address this issue with the electric Scholl Foot Pedi File and treat them with heel balm afterwards. I'm reserving this product just for ridding the uncomfortable feeling I get whenever my feet get very dry. I'm so impressed with this product that it will definitely be one that I will keep on buying.

Tips

Don't waste this product trying to treat hard, dry skin on cracked feet or calluses. It is better used to instantly relieve the uncomfortable feeling of very dry feet.
