Before doing your eye makeup load up underneath your eyes(the bags) with this powder and brush off after finishing your shadow, any buts that have flicked down will float aff with a quick swoosh of the brush

The fact that it's so finely milled is certainly part of why it looks so good, but can also mean it gets in your eyes and up your nose, so be sure to tap as much as you can off your brush before putting it near your face
