For the price you can do many french manicures instead of just one at the salon. Or even better, you can get it 50% off for just $13.50, and the kit has everything you need. The first time using this I was extremely satisfied with how my nails turned out. It looked like salon-quality, my friends were even asking when I got them done! Despite this, I think there are definitely improvements to be made
French tip tapes: I've written a separate review on these. Adhesive should be improved to get cleaner lines. Curvier shape needed also for a more natural, feminine tip.
Nail polish formulas:
* These take a while to dry which I don't like. After some time (about half-way through bottle) the formula becomes gloopy, thick and unusable
* Not long-lasting/chip resistant. They start chipping/cracking within a couple of days, meaning hard work down the drain :'( I'd opt for your holy grail top coat instead. It helps prolong it. Didn't like the included top coat, though it does make everything super glossy! Beautiful! White shade is super opaque.
