I received the MAC Studio Fix 24 Hour Concealer in a Glosscars prize, and for someone that rarely purchases high end, I was very excited to get to try it!
This concealer offers medium coverage that can be built up to full coverage that lasts for 24 hours.
The concealer comes in a tube containing a doe-foot sponge applicator. It has a creamy consistency.
Unfortunately the shade is too light for me, but I have managed to have a play to get a feel for this product so I could write a review.
I started with a couple of dots under my eyes where I have very dark circles, thanks to a combination of genes and terrible sleep. Being in my mid-40s I have to strike a balance between coverage and not emphasising the lines to age me further.
The concealer blended nicely with a brush, reducing the darkness of my circles without looking cakey. With the less-is-more approach I had no issues with the concealer settling into fine lines.
If it lasts 24 hours I couldn't say, but this concealer lasted well throughout wear, no need for touch-ups.
I'm very impressed with the MAC Studio Fix 24 Hour Concealer, now I just need to get one in my shade!
