I use it in the morning if I’m going to a train or coach and don’t need a lot of coverage if I can avoid it. I use it with spf also!

I apply this makeup first by applying it onto a beauty blender as it is quite runny and then apply it onto the face, blending around with a stifling brush then finally blending again with a beauty blender
