- Use after a warm shower so it seeps into skin better - Avoid the nipple !! (gets itchy other wise) - Let it completely dry before putting on clothes - Avoiding wearing bra's as it often warps the shape and size of boobs , wear less constricting sports crops or stick on bra's or even bralettes !
