I am currently using this cleanser, and really enjoy it!
The product comes in a squeeze tube with a flip top lid, making it hygienic and easy to control the amount of product you dispense at a time. The lid is also on the base of the product, letting gravity do its thing to help you get the last of the product out, meaning less wastage! The branding on the tube itself is nothing special- the basic biore branding.
This cleanser is aimed at clearing blackheads and is quite creamy and thick, with small white & blue beads for exfoliation- & to be honest, this is why I could only give the product 3 stars- microbeads are so bad for the environment that I feel Biore could do better on this part.
When applied to the face, the cleanser is quite thick and a little difficult to spread, but has a beautiful warming sensation for about 5 seconds- I really enjoyed this feeling, but would have loved it to last longer! Whether or not this helps to prevent blackheads is up for debate- but it feels nice (especially in winter)!
After using for a few weeks, my skin is noticeably less oily & my breakouts aren't as big- one pimple here or there rather than the clusters I normally have! I put this down the the salicylic acid in the formula, which helps to slough off dead skin and dirt which clog pores. I should note that my skin is a little drier, and I probably wouldn't recommend this product for anyone with dry or sensitive skin, as it does strip oil and the micro beads have the potential to inflame sensitive skin
For those of us oily girls out there, I think this is a decent, effective and affordable (under 10 bucks!) cleanser. Get rid of the micro beads and I'd be giving it 4 stars!
