Hi Duaa, Product is intended for all skin types, including sensitive. The directions state to leave the product on 10 minutes. If hair is not lightened as much as desired apply additional mixture to area tested for additional 5 minutes. Total no longer than 15 minutes. Leaving the product any longer than instructed (10 minutes, than additional 20 minutes as stated by customer) can cause dryness, itchiness and tingling. Please use product as instructed to prevent any burning or irritation.
