Another Rewards Room purchase and my second from Andalou, it has certainly proved good so far based on two products. This serum is made in America, is 99% derived from nature, vegan, gluten free, cruelty free and is non-GMO certified.
The white and aqua box represents the size of the bottle well and contains lots of information and a long list of ingredients, most of which are plant derived. The first ingredient is not water as it usually is but aloe barbadensis leaf extract and coconut milk is the third listed so lots of goodies in this.
The 30 ml clear Aqua glass bottle has a silver and white pump which worked well until I reached the last bit of serum and then I had to tap it on my palm to get that out. The serum is white with a light consistency although not runny. It has a very strong smell of coconut, possibly the strongest smelling serum I've ever used; it's pleasant but surprising for a serum, however you don't notice it on your face and there is no perfume listed so it's all natural.
I've been using it morning and night and I'd say you'd probably get about a month's use out of the bottle, however it does have a shelf life of twelve months after opening. It absorbs quite quickly and leaves a dewy slightly tacky feel (I only noticed this if I actually touched my face) which feels instantly hydrating. A few times I forgot to use night cream and didn't really miss it! It had no effect on anything I put on my face after although I didn't try it with much other than moisturiser. I also had no reaction to it although I rarely do.
Does my skin look good? Yes, I think so. Whether it is due to the serum or not I'm not sure but I'd be more than happy to buy this again when I need some more. My skin is mature combination.
