This Dior drop takes MVP (most valued perfume) status. It’s part fruity (pear, peach and plum), and part floral (orchid, violet and freesia) with headier hints of vanilla and musk at the base. It somehow smells as glamorously golden as it looks, and it’s 100% a scent staple. – bh’s Delaney

“I get a little skeptical of perfumes with cult followings, and Byredo’s Gypsy Water definitely has one. So I first approached it with a bit of a ‘Pfft, how good could it really be?’ kind of attitude. But the second I had a whiff, I was obsessed. It’s earthy, woody, juicy and makes me feel a LOT cooler than I am. It’s a blend of bergamot, juniper berries, lemon, pepper, incense, orris, pine needle and (my personal favourites) amber, sandalwood and vanilla.
