biotin is also an ingredient in the Swisse Nails and Hair supplement. I`m sure I`ve used in it in a hair and nail supplement before. The best product I`ve used for hair and nails has been Silicea or Q Silica in the liquid and capsule form. I noticed a significant improvement in my nail strength 🙂
