Nothing causes a stir on the Internet quite like a celebrity pregnancy announcement. Even the biggest Hollywood stars suddenly feel like they’re one of our besties who we’re just so happy for after sharing their baby news. These pregnant celebrities would feel the same about us, right?

2022 is already shaping up to be a big year for growing A-list families, with Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas sharing their surrogate news in January. This was closely followed by Rihanna’s baby bump reveal, complete with a bejeweled tummy.

Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds are expecting baby number four! Walking the red carpet this week for the 10th Annual Forbes Power Women’s Summit, Blake paired her sequin dress and hoop earrings with possibly the best accessory of all: a baby bump. Outside of the bump reveal, the couple are yet to comment or give any updates on the pregnancy news, but we can’t wait to find out if James, Inez and Betty will be getting another younger brother or sister. Two years after publicly sharing the loss of their third pregnancy, Chrissy and John have announced they are expecting. Chrissy posted the news on Instagram with the caption, “The last few years have been a blur of emotions to say the least, but joy has filled our home and hearts again.”

“One billion shots later (in the leg lately, as u can see!) we have another on the way. Every appointment I’ve said to myself, ok if it’s healthy today I’ll announce, but then I breathe a sigh of relief to hear a heartbeat and decide I’m just too nervous still,” she wrote.

Here’s to a happy and healthy pregnancy. We can’t wait for Luna and Miles to have another sibling!

Adriana Limma & Andre Lemmers

After years as a Victoria’s Secret Angel, we’ve grown accustomed to seeing Adriana Lima walk down a runway with her bare torso on show. However, this time, there’s one small baby bump-sized difference. The model, who is expecting a baby boy with her partner Andre Lemmers, walked the Alexander Wang show with her pregnant belly on display and she looked beautiful.

Shannon Lawson & Thomas Burke

After celebrating their two year wedding anniversary in December, 2021 Australian Survivor contestant Shannon Lawson and husband Tom Burke have announced they are expecting their first child together. The model had no choice but to share the exciting news via her Instagram as the secret became increasingly difficult to keep: “I’ve finally popped and can’t hold it in.”

Shay Mitchell & Matte Babel

It was a bittersweet pregnancy announcement for actress Shay Mitchell. The Pretty Little Things star shared that while she’s overjoyed to be expecting a sibling for her two-year-old son Atlas, she has been simultaneously grieving the loss of her beloved Gram. “I can’t help but think this was the universe’s plan all along, knowing I would need other worldly joy to cushion the blow of losing one of the most important people in my life,” she wrote. “Yet, this is proof that love, life and loss can profoundly exist all at the same time.”

Rihanna & A$AP Rocky

We’re still reeling from the news that Rihanna and boyfriend A$AP Rocky are set to become parents. While the pair have made no statements so far, photographer Miles Diggs captured the announcement through his lens. A series of photos show the couple (who began dating in 2020) hand in hand on Manhattan’s Williamsburg Bridge, with Rihanna’s baby bump debuting beneath a pink Chanel puffer.

Emily Weiss & Will Gaybrick

Emily Weiss shared her happy news via Instagram in January. “Ruby is going to be a big sister. Very excited to say, I’m pregnant and due in June,” the Glossier Founder and CEO wrote. This will be the 36-year-old’s first child (Ruby is her dog), alongside fiancé Will Gaybrick. The pair announced their engagement in 2020 but there has since been no news of a wedding.
