Sudocream for rash and lucas pawpaw ointment for a barrier cream. Worked a charm!

I've tried a stack of products to "prevent" nappy rash and a number of them actually caused it. The best one I have found is sudocream. It clears up the rash within a day or two, and then when applied with each nappy change it keeps nappy rash away for good.

I've been using Sudocream as a barrier at bedtime, and Bepathen in the day if it is red and Weleda in the morning as it is the most moisturising.

I have tried heaps of products for my sons nappy rash. The only one that worked effectively was Sudocream. The others dont "stick" to the skin. Cleared his rash up within 48 hours.

Sudocrem works best and is applied as a barrier cream for prevention. As a result, my baby has never had nappy rash.

My little one had nappy rash, until I realised it was the brand of nappies I was using. Switched nappies and haven't had a problem since.

I had bought this cream for her, until I found out that Desitin worked much better on her nappy rash. However, the Gaia Skin Soothing Lotion works best on my eczema. It stops the itching immediately, is soothing and heals. I put it on twice a day when the eczema flares up, and it's gone in a day or two.

I used to use baby powder , but if you accidently sprinkle on the disposable nappies and get them on the tape, the tape won't be sticky to close the nappy so take care .

I must admit that the Sudocream has been the one used most in my house and works the best. I like how its thick so it can soak in.

Sudocrem us the best along with trying to let your baby air out for while. I know this is hard but air helps
