I have used the Skin Soothing Lotion on my bub, and it isn't bad. I prefer Desitin cream for nappy rash (but changing nappy brands negated the need for nappy rash cream).

I love the Skin Soothing Lotion on my eczema that usually pops up on the inside of my elbow. I'll write a review on it, if I can find the product listed :)
