But it doesn’t have to seem like a completely daunting task. In fact, applying your eye make-up (and applying it well) can be really easy – you just need the right tools and the know-how.
Colleen O’Neill, from Revlon Global Product Development, has some tips on how you can make the most out of each shade and achieve a glorious, show-stopping eye look.
EYE MAKE-UP APPLICATION TIP #1: after you’ve applied your primer shade (the one in the rectangle), dip the applicator brush into water and then gather the pigment from shade that’s shaped like an eye. Apply this to your lids.
EYE MAKE-UP APPLICATION TIP #2: dip the applicator brush in water again and then blend the crease shade (the one that’s just above the eye shape) into the crease of your eyes to add depth and dimension.
EYE MAKE-UP APPLICATION TIP #3: take the other applicator brush provided and use it dry to apply the highlight shade (the one that’s at the very top of the palette) onto your brow bone. Blend it in with your fingers.
EYE MAKE-UP APPLICATION TIP #4: to add a pop of glam, finish off your look with the sparkle provided (the one in the small square). Use the sparkle on your brow bone and on the inner corner of your crease to give your eye look a luxurious finish.
