If you’re constantly on the hunt for the best mascara, a reddit user may have found one that’s worthy of your shortlist!
The user, EllieDaisyLouise, posted in the Makeup Addiction thread about a mascara that she couldn’t believe had worked so well. Her surprise was because of how cheap it was. (In Australia, it only costs $6.75!)
The user posted a picture of one eye without mascara and the other with essence lash princess false lash effect mascara. The difference between the two shows exactly why the user “HIGHLY” recommends it.

Because it looks too good to be true, other reddit users quickly jumped in wanting to know more. EllieDaisyLouise explained that the mascara did continue to hold the curl and that she didn’t noticed any flaking. There was a little bit of smudging from her lower lashes, but that was only after sweating at work for 10 hours.
EllieDaisyLouise isn’t the only big fan of the mascara. In a video earlier this year, Aussie beauty vlogger, Lauren Curtis tested out six chemist brand mascaras and declared it the best of the bunch.
It appears though that some of our very own bh members were onto it before anyone else. The mascara has a four-star rating and 10 reviews written by our beauties.
“I cannot believe how amazing this mascara is! I am always on the lookout for a good lengthening mascara, and this one is right up there with the best!” wrote beautyheaven member fontaine_m.
