We’re thrilled to announce that the team behind beautyheaven has just launched a new website, TrialTeam.com.au! We’ve put together some FAQs to cover all the key details…
What’s it all about?
Similar to the way beautyheaven’s Trial Teams work, the members at TrialTeam.com.au are independent Australian consumers who put all sorts of (non-beauty) products through their paces and provide honest feedback in a review.
Will I earn points for participating?
The benefit of being a member at TrialTeam.com.au is that you receive free products to trial, and you have the opportunity to share your opinion via a review. Trial Team does not have a rewards program like beautyheaven, so you will not earn points for being part of a trial.
Can I join TrialTeam.com.au?
Yes – we’d love you to join the team if you haven’t already!
Tip: Once you’ve signed up, save the info@trialteam.com.au email address to your email contacts. Also, if your confirmation email goes to your spam folder, make sure you move it to your primary inbox. This will ensure that you receive emails from us in your primary inbox in the future so you don’t miss out on anything!
I’m already a beautyheaven member. Can I automatically login to TrialTeam.com.au?
If you completed you non-beauty profile on beautyheaven before August 1, 2017 you can login to TrialTeam.com.au with your bh login details.
If you did not, you need sign up to TrialTeam.com.au with a new member account.
The two sites are completely separate and the accounts are not linked.
Will there be a forum on TrialTeam.com.au?
Not at this stage, however if you become a member, you’ll be notified if this changes. For now, TrialTeam.com.au is purely a place to read Trial Team results.
Will there be articles?
Not at this stage, however if you become a member, you’ll be notified if this changes. If you’d like to read non-beauty articles and watch non-beauty videos, we suggest heading to homestolove.com.au, foodtolove.com.au or nowtolove.com.au.
Will I be able to write review on TrialTeam.com.au?
Not at this stage, however if you become a member, you’ll be notified if this changes. At this stage TrialTeam.com.au will be home to product reviews that are published as part of Trial Teams, as well as product reviews that were on homeheaven.com.au (just because we thought these were too good to hide!).
Who do I contact if I have a problem, question or recommendation for TrialTeam.com.au?
If you have a general query, try popping your question in this forum thread where another beautyheaven member or one of the team members at HQ will get back to you. If you have an issue regarding a trial you are part of, a product you are testing, or you have a bigger idea, recommendation or feedback you’d like to share with the team at Trial Team HQ, please email info@trialteam.com.au.
What if I want to read Trial Team results but don’t want to be a member or sign up?
Simply follow trialteam on Facebook here or Instagram here, and check the site regularly for new Trial Team results.
