sorta long-lasting semi-comfortable super matte pigmented liquid lip?
I would prefer to give this 3.5 stars because how good this is really depends on what you're looking for in a liquid lip and I personally still prefer the old liquid lip formula Chichi had, which was not matte at all, but it was moisturising and lasted really well.
Unlike the previous formula this Super Matte liquid lip feels thicker and much more mousse-like. It's also instantly super matte looking, like it's not satin matte or creamy, it's just straight out of the tube, flat matte. This formula improves on earlier matte liquid lipsticks though in that the matte-ness doesn't shrink-wrap to every little wrinkle on your lips, the mousse texture gives this formula a smoothing quality, yet stays light and thin on the lips. After application, you can sort of feel a slight dry-down after which your lips feel dry, almost powdery to the touch.
From this point it's almost perfectly transfer proof (faint edge if you kiss something) and very pigmented. Mine isn't fully opaque in 1 swipe, but I do have the shade 'Yaaaassss!' which is a purple and properly purple makeup always runs the risk of being uneven and/or streaky due to the difficulty getting opacity without a deep/black or white base.
This formula does run into the same flaw most matte liquid lips have which is that it's kind of drying. Not that the formula makes your lips dry, but that it doesn't moisturise your lips or prevent water loss. Which means eventually your lips will dry out and it'll look kinda old and wrinkly. You could try to put lip balm on top but that will of course ruin the transfer-proof matte finish. I did experience a tiny bit of that weird peel-back shrinkage that can sometimes occur with liquid matte lipsticks that dry down, but only ever-so-slightly on the corners and the inner edge of my bottom lips. I didn't get any white gunk or extreme peeling/shrinkage so I can accept a little bit of peeling back from moisture.
This formula is also weak to oil, it lasted evenly and without transfer for over 6 hours, but the second I ate anything even slightly oily (tofu in sauce, not that oily) the smooth matte finish became uneven. There was still a noticeable translucent purple stain (close to 1st layer) but it was not quite the same colour of the 2 layers that I put on, which means the patchiness post food was quite obvious. This does mean that this liquid lip is comparatively easy to remove, especially with oil/balm makeup removers. You don't have to scrub and it doesn't flake off.
So the formula is pigmented and super matte, but you're gonna have to drink water regularly and get used to the feeling of almost-powdery dry lips, which will become uneven at the first sign of oil. The formula is almost completely transfer proof, doesn't flake or crumble over-time, at least until you eat something. So if you consider these trade-offs acceptable I would recommend this product, it's got a diverse shade range and is strongly pigmented.
the thick texture means you have to be a bit careful when lining lips, because the doe foot may blur the edges out but can also run the risk of appearing uneven because of 1 stray tuft of flocking.
ppl willing to put up with dry feeling lips to get transfer proof, smooth, super matte lip colour

Great inexpensive product
I have this product in two different shades (both reds) and love how they look, The lipsticks are matte without being drying or making your lips feel dehydrated. The lipstick is easy to apply and lasts forever! The price range is great and they have a variety of colors to suit every preference!
The colour lasts all day and doesn't transfer one dried. The product is super pigmented and I found with certain shades it could stain so apply sparingly and build colour to avoid any errors. I would also apply a primer underneath to prolong the wear and smooth out the appearance.
Overall a good quality product I think most people would enjoy.
Use a lip primer or treatment underneath, watch out for staining as the product is super pigmented

I love this k! I have it in the shade “Call Me Maybe”. It’s a beautiful colour, it’s easy to fit in your bag or purse and it doesn’t come off when you eat. The texture is amazing and it even smells pretty good! It doesn’t smudge or come off easily. It’s not fiddly and it’s easy to use. The only thing I don’t really like about it is that when it dries it feels a bit weird. Overall a really good product :)
Put your favourite lipgloss over the top if you love the colour but not the matte look. Looks really good with light colour ensembles.

Best liquid lip formula!
I have the Super Matte Liquid Lipstick in the shade YAAAASSSS!
It's a beautiful colour that is heavily pigmented. I'm always drawn towards purple/pink shades, and I needed this one! Unfortunately, I think the name is ridiculous and embarrassing, I honestly hesitated for so long before buying. However the shade convinced me to purchase it anyway.
It applies very evenly, it's a very soft mousse-like formula out of the tube. It's easy to correct the shape and follow around your lipline with the applicator too.
Once it's dried down, it's surprisingly comfortable. It's actually the most comfortable liquid lip I have ever worn. It doesn't feel heavy, or stiff. It also lasts a really long time, except when eating.
For the price, you really can't beat the quality of these liquid lipsticks from Chi Chi!
Find a lipliner in a similar colour to neaten your lipline.

Creamy, pigmented and gorgeous
I have three Chi Chi Super Matte Liquid Lipsticks and I wish I had them all!
They have a beautifully creamy formula that is so easy to apply. They dry completely matte, but don't feel at all drying to me. The pigment is intense, but I've found it easy to fix up any mistakes with an oil based makeup remover.
Oh Swag Money is my go-to nude (for my darker olive skin) and if I want the colour in creamy or glossy finish I have been able to mix it with clear balms and glosses without losing any intensity.
Dat Red only requires one swipe to give a deep blood red. I also had a beautiful dark purple that I've lost and can't remember the name of. That purple was a little patchy, but so far I haven't found a dark purple that wasn't, so I still rate it as a great product.
It's pretty long wearing as long as you don't eat anything super greasy!

The pigment is out of this world!
I purchased the chichicosmeticsofficial Super matte liquid lipstick in shade “Maid of dishonour” a few weeks ago and I must say I’am very impressed!
This lipstick is long wearing, intensely pigmented, super matte and is full coverage. It’s so easy to apply as it’s so creamy and the applicator is a perfect size. The shade is a deep red and is perfect for my pale skin! It would be perfect for a night out as it doesn’t budge!
Apply very carefully as it is very pigmented!
A night out or event where you want your lippie to last all day!

Non-drying, pigmented and smells good
I initially purchased two nude shades (Oh Snap and Talk to the Hand) since the colours looked nice and ended up picking up another two (Dat Red and Oh Swag Money). They have a sweet vanilla-coconut scent and the formula is thick and moussey, almost as if they have a whipped texture. The applicator is a stock standard doe foot applicator, I didn't have any trouble with application. The lipstick is creamy and pigmented, and applied without any streakiness.
I found them to be lightweight and not very drying. The finish is completely matte but the lipstick isn't completely transfer-proof. I found the colours fade a little after eating but I didn't have any issues with reapplication.
