I purchased the Blushing Mauve lipstick and was very satisfied with the result! The lipstick applies smoothly and does not emphasise any grooves in my lips. The colour lasts a long time, and it is a perfect colour (for my asian skin tone and warm coloured lips) for an everyday colour that is not too obvious but does provide some colour. Whilst the same seems to imply a purplish colour, it goes on a somewhat pinkish colour which is a nice 'natural' pinky-red.

This is the best lipstick I've tried by far! It's long lasting in colour, has a nice matte finish, and is moisturising. I bought this one in the colour "Love". I don't see it listed above as an option in the colours, so maybe mine was a discontinued colour or something. I love it! The colour suits me well and I can't wait to get more in different colours. I definitely recommend this to everyone! It's been a real game changer for me because I hear everyone raving about Revlon's other lipsticks, but never about this one.

I own a shameful amount of these lipsticks and I find that they are a really decent product for a drugstore line. Depending on the finish you pick they are either really pigmented or light and shiny. The range of colours available is definitely another huge bonus, whatever colour you're looking for they will have it!

I find that particularly in conjunction with Revlon lip liners this product stays on really well and only needs slight touch-ups.

As someone with sensitive lips I notice that these lipsticks aren't as drying as many of the other Revlon lip products. Due to this they are a staple in my makeup bag!

I purchased this in #740 "Certainly Red". The packaging is a basic black/gold case. The top of the lipstick is see through, this is handy for storing the lipstick as its an easy guess which one it is.

The lipstick is pigmented enough to apply by itself, but since it is a bold colour I always apply a lip liner first to define my lip and to give the colour a little "oomph"
I have found that when I apply I must do the blot/reapply method 2-3 times otherwise it transfers a lot and I lose my colour a lot faster.

The lipstick itself, glides on easily and is very creamy. I don't have any issues with flaking or drying out with this lipstick. This is definitely a good buy.

I have about a dozen colors in this Super lustrous range- mostly in the brighter and bolder colors. The pigmentation of the bolder colors are amazing. The colors are rich, intense and moisturizing. The newer limited edition colors are stunning and for the price, it's hard to beat! I am always on the look out for new releases to add to my collection.

I had never been a lipstick user but I brought this one when I was starting my professional placement for university. I felt that I needed a lipstick to dress my outfits up. This lipstick is amazing, it doesn't leave your lips dry or cracked and it lasted through my various morning coffees. I found that it was reasonably priced and it came with a wide range of colours which I liked

The Revlon Super Lustrous lipsticks are a classic formula and I think they are representative of the beginnings of the brand. I have only a two of their 50 shades but both of these lipsticks are among my absolute favourites.
The packaging is classic. The bullet is a shiny black with a gold band around the middle with the brand on them. The top of the bullet is clear which allows you to see the true colour of the product without having to open it up. The lid is secure but not difficult to remove, I have never had the lid fall off in my handbag. The twist is smooth and silent but it will not twist while the lid is on which is handy.
The formula is creamy and moisturising, however the pigmentation and longevity varies between shades. The shades come in a variety of finishes (crème, pearl and matte) which I think would affect this. All of the shades glide on super smooth and feel moisturising throughout the day/reapplication.
My favourite shade is Fire & Ice which is a gorgeous true red. This is my go to red lipstick and when applied using a lip brush, teamed with a lip liner and time spent layering, it does have quite a substantial staying power. This shade is very pigmented and is creamy in finish, not matte or shimmery.
I also have the shade Sky Line Pink which is a shimmery pink toned nude that suits my pale skin. This is a pearl finish lipstick and I find it to be more sheer and shimmery in comparison. It doesn't last nearly as long no matter how much effort I put in during application. After a period of time I find that the shimmer can highlight the fine lines on my lips if they are on the drier side, but I still love how it looks for a bit of subtle shimmer with a bold eye look.
These lipsticks are quite expensive compared to other lipsticks available at Priceline but I usually buy them when they have a 2 for 1 special so it works out to be reasonable. I far prefer the crème finish lipsticks in this range as I think they are ultimately superior in performance however that is my usual lipstick preference anyway. Be wary of the different finishes when choosing shades but I would absolutely recommend the Fire & Ice lipstick if you are on the hunt for a creamy and reliable true red.

This lovely shade that falls between a rose and coral pink is perfectly suited for those who seek a sheer pink tint, a natural everyday look or a subtle pop of colour. Pink Sizzle falls under the category of Shine in the number #810 and is fitted in a very chic and elegant tube with gold detailing which is the most suitable size for a handbag. The smoothness of this product is unattainable by any other drug store brand, it is so creamy and moisturising to apply however, the sheerness fails to deliver a long-lasting appearance, which was very disappointing and saddening.

Pink Sizzle was chosen because I wanted to achieve a subtle pop of colour to the face for everyday events whilst avoiding a strong, eye-catching appearance. The lipstick was easily applied, the formula of the product allows smoothness and softness, almost if I was gliding butter across my lips. It definitely achieves the lustrous and shiny look, hence the name. I lightly applied the colour which was enough to give a tint of pink and to truly emphasise the colour, the lipstick allows layering without an overdone look. (I don't layer because it doesn't fit my skin tone) Unfortunately, despite the smoothness and colour, the lipstick is undoubtedly long-lasting which is rather disappointing for such a beautiful colour. This lipstick lasts under 2 hours with eating and drinking and a further 1 hour without. It fades quite nicely but the sheerness of the pigmentation wasn't enough for my liking.

Another disadvantage to this product is that the product sinks into the lines of the lips and highlights the cracks, which doesn't give an appealing look. However, this can only be seen if someone comes right up close which is fortunate. Pricing of this product and its results is outrageous, for it is sold for $21.95 in drug stores, but I'm only speaking for this particular shade. I will not be repurchasing this product but for the many positive reviews, I possibly could purchase a different shade.

Advantages: Perfect for everyday occasions, accessible, product is very smooth and slippery and is encased in a chic tube.
Disadvantages: Very sheer and only lasts under 3 hours (max), expensive in Australian drug-stores.

This product has been my go to lippy for the last 6 months!
Usually red lipstick is a disaster to keep in on one place.
I find this product makes my teeth appear whiter and it stays in place for a good 4 hours! Which is perfect for me! Even while drinking and eating!
