A) Dark circles around your eyes need a powerful concealer with orange or pink tones to counter the brown/blue colour that shows through the fine skin of around your eyes. A lot of people make the mistake of using a concealer that is way too light so you can still see darkness underneath. This just draws more attention to the eye area. Another good tip is to use some eyedrops and an eye cream first and allow them to moisturise your tired eyes before you begin concealing.
