Video tutorial: how to apply foundation

I always go back and fourth beauty blender sponges and brushes, I love them both!

I love using a good sponge

I do use a sponge for touch ups

I've always used my fingers but after watching this video I decided to try a foundation brush to see if there was any difference. After a couple of days I went back to using my fingers because they provide a smoother looking finish.

I normally use a sponge but after seeing the video, I wouldn't mind trying a brush. Nice video with some good tips :))

I use a brush and sometimes a sponge to apply foundation, both are good, great video.

I watched another video on beuatyheaven on 5 ways to apply foundation and the lady said to always apply in a downward motion so i'm really confused now.

Great! But I prefer using fingers, more hygienic, also brush takes half of the foundation! Having a pricey one, it would just soak it up :(

I find it so hard to apply makeup as I wear glasses and when I take them off I am basically blind so can't see what I am doing.

Great tips. I haven't looked back since I stated using a kabuki brush. It helps give a smooth, long-lasting finish.

i use my fingers currently but should consider using a brush or sponge. how many applications of foundation before discarding sponge or washing brush?

Just purchased a Manicare precision blending sponge it is made from latex and is fantastic I have now ditched my beloved Foundation brush
