Favourite mineral foundation
I absolutely loved using the natural mineral cover foundation. The product does not have any smell to it. The packing is gorgeous and looks so luxurious. I used the foundation with the mineral brush which I found gave a very natural even look. A little bit does go a long way. I pick the product up on the brush and then buff it into my fave in cuticular motions. I find this way gives the most natural and almost airbrushed finish look which I really love. I’m not a fan of heavy makeup so this really works for me and suits my needs. It covers up any minor imperfections and any discolouration or redness so the skin tone is more evened out. The skin still shines through and you can see real skin which really looks like you’re not wearing any makeup at all. Highly recommend this product for a natural look.
Pick up the product on the mineral brush and then buff in circular motions for a natural look.
Everyone! Natural makeup lovers.

The search is over.
Here it is. The gentle, natural, does what it claims to do mineral powder foundation of yours.
I can't emphasise enough that it was such a treat to trial - especially with it's matching brush from the same brand - so luxe! I have been burnt so many times by high hopes of popular mineral foundations - you know the ones: they search and find every dry patch of facial skin to cling onto and emphasise allll the bad bits that you were hoping to 'air-brush' away. How do these horrible mineral powders know how to make us look and feel so bleurgh??? As if we want to highlight our pores! You know when the powder just rims the pore as if to say "alert, alert this human has ginormous pores! Craters on her face!' And i know you can buff and brush and polish many mineral foundations into submission, so that become one with your skin and don't just sit on your face like a death mask of makeup horror, but really why should we have to work so hard? Esspecially when this sweet rose gold lidded pot of wonder is out there waiting for your face to become enhanced and naturally, nudily beautified and not defaced like some icky talcy balaclava has been welded to you. i want my mineral powder foundation to work. To do it's job of evening out my skin, downplaying any discolouration and redness, perk me up a bit and airbrush me into a smooth look of effortless perfected skin. This product, by Nude by Nature, is an absolute joy to add to my collection of favourites. Thanks for the introduction BeautyHeaven and NbN.
Use it's matching brush from the brand or your fave kabuki.
All skin types and most especially those of us who don't like to put yucky stuff on our skin, and proudly support Australian beauty biz. It's a great big 'Y E S' from me.

Really good coverage
I trialled this product for a few weeks as part of the Trial team. While the colour I was sent was a bit dark, I just tanned my face and neck and solved that problem. The mineral foundation comes in a jar with a cool stretchy mesh over the powder so you don't spill it everywhere. I found this to be both brilliant for stopping the mess, but a bit frustrating trying to get a reasonable amount of product on my brush. Im a bit worried that I wont be able to get all the product out as the jar begins to empty too. The foundation could easily go from sheer to really full coverage, as you can layer it really easily. I did medium to full coverage, over the top of my under eye concealer. It applied really easily and even after applying full coverage it still didn't look caked on, thick or sticky. It was quite pink toned, so would definitely suit the cooler skin tones, on me it was a bit too pink but not enough that I couldn't wear it.
Use a primer underneath, or even moisturiser (do leave it for 5 mins to let it soak in), as it really helps with your mineral foundation to adhere.

Quick and natural
I was super skeptical when I received Nude by Natures Natural Mineral Cover powder foundation as to just how much coverage you can get from a powder. Don't get me wrong, as an oily skin girl, I do love a good face powder but I wasn't expecting great things ... and I was wrong!
I received the colour light/med and it comes in a beautiful tub. This powder is gorgeous! It's light but luxurious and you can build it up for pretty good coverage. The mesh applicator in the tub makes it easier to get the powder on the brush without getting it everywhere, I love it.
Natural Mineral Cover adjusted to my skin tone, felt like nothing was on my skin and it left my skin feeling very soft and smooth. It lasted fairly well during the day but I did notice it accentuated some dry areas around my nose but it did keep my oily skin at bay so I was very happy.
Quick, easy, natural, what more could you want?

A great buildable light to medium coverage mineral foundation!
It was my first time trying the Nude By Nature Natural Mineral Cover Foundation and I was quite impressed by the results!
I chose the shade Medium (one downside though, unfortunately the Natural Mineral Cover Foundation range had a limited shade range) which actually ended up matching fairly seamlessly to my medium olive toned complexion.
First off, the packaging of this powder foundation is sleek with a sifter compact and has a gorgeous rose gold lid. Before application of the foundation, I prepped my skin beforehand with moisturiser. To apply, I tapped a small amount of product from the sieve compact into the lid, dipped the tip of the Mineral Brush into the powder, tapped off the excess and then buff the powder onto skin in circular motions starting at the centre of the face and working outwards. I found that the product had no distinct scent which is a huge plus for me. The coverage was light after one layer and did not cover redness but after building it up, the foundation was able to cover most of my redness while still maintaining a natural breathable skin finish. It does not however cover dark spots. As I have combination/oily skin, I found the foundation to have lasted fairly well through the day and did not make me look overly shiny. Touch ups with the powder work great to prevent this.
Overall, I love that this foundation is cruelty free and formulated with no synthetic ingredients or preservatives. It also has SPF 15 which is great!
- Avoid dipping the brush directly into the sieve compact (this will get powder everywhere lol) instead
tap the product onto the lid first then dip your brush
- Make sure you have moisturised/primed beforehand to avoid powder sticking to dry patches
- Start with a small amount of product, tap off excess from the brush and buff in circular motions
- normal to combination/oily skin without any major skin issues
- great for sensitive skin

Really enjoyed this product! It has really beautiful packaging, and I love the nude by nature brand. I find it too high coverage for my preference, which is more of a light coverage but in saying that, if you are looking for a high coverage foundation, this one in beautiful! It goes on really smoothly and leaves and even, flawless complection. It is long lasting and works a lot nicer than I expected, for a mineral foundation. The packaging is simple but effective, with netting to distribute the product easily. It is simple to use, which I liked and isn't overly complicated. I wouldn't choose to wear this makeup everyday, just based on how high the coverage is based on my preference but I would definitely use it for a special occasion as it does leave that flawless look. Love this brand and it is a great addition to there brand!

Good coverage for oily skin
The nude by nature mineral foundation package is true to the usual brown/beige packaging you would expect from nude by nature. I've always found the company's packaging earthy and 'natural' and this doesn't disappoint.
I got the foundation in medium which suits the colour of my skin just fine. I have warm toned east Asian skin.
The feel of the powder is smooth and silky between my fingers, and is easily picked up by the brush.
It also applies very easily to my face. The coverage is light and you'll have to reapply a few times if you want a heavier coverage.
As with other powder products, it suits oily skin more and will highlight dry or dehydrated skin. Unfortunately I tried this during winter when my skin is at its driest so it did accentuate some dry patches as well as my forehead lines. I think it would suit me well during summer when my face is more oily.
The other issue I found was that it didn't last the whole day. Admittedly, I only applied light coverage out of preference.
To wrap up, a good quality product.
Rather than using the brush, using a beauty blender would probably give your face a more dewy look.
Women with oily skin, as for humid summer days.

I absolutely loved this product! I’m a pale olive colour so usually look for a colour that I can use all year round and I found the medium colour to be perfect for this purpose for me. It is great for a quick no fuss makeup look! I found that it wasn’t heavy on my skin which as an oily skin person I need and love. It is light coverage if you want it be but is build able too! I found it lasted well all day for me, it is winter so I would be interested to see how it lasts during summer with my oily skin and whether I need to touch up more or if it gets candy so I can’t really comment on what it’s like when you get all hot and sweaty as such at this point but I am pretty confident it won’t be an issue considering it’s performance so far!
Great for a no fuss makeup look!

Great for casual wear
This power is great for daily wear. It has a medium-low coverage so it pairs well with concealer, but I wouldn’t wear it on top of foundation as it would be too heavy.
The colour is really good, I feel like while the shade range is limited, it would suit a lot of people, though I’d like to see some darker shades from Nude for those with deeper skin and different undertones.
I’ve been wearing it just when I pop out to the shop, or on a walk and it’s super easy to swish on and go.
The applicator is also great, one of my pet peeves is when loose powder gets everywhere so this controlled design makes it so much easier to travel with.
Overall pretty happy with it and will purchase it again once it’s done. Would recommend if you’re looking for something easy to use and low maintenance

Again, the packaging and container set it apart and make it look more modern and stylish. The white container and rose gold make it perfect for the bathroom bench and makeup table. There is no strong scent unless you bring the Mineral Product close to your nose or breathe it in. Overall, no offensive like some makeups can be, almost like an overpowering chemical smell but Nude by Nature is fine. Its the perfect colour for light/medium skin tones and its applies nicely especially when using the mineral brush. Doesn't leave patches but applies smooth and evenly which is perfect. All day coverage with just the need to touch up once but this could also depend on what activities you're doing for the day. The product was lovely to apply and would definitely look at purchasing once released. Its great that it came with the brush to apply it with

Great coverage and texture on the skin
I've always loved mineral powders and this is one of my favourites!
It gives great coverage without being too heavy for a more natural look which I think is perfect for day to day wear.
It also doesn't clog my pores with is very important and it seems to keep my skin fairly matte during the day.
When I go out and want a heavier look I also like using it over my normal foundation to mattify and give a more even coverage.
For a day to day look I think it's great with just a little concealer.
The packaging is well designed compared to the old products as you don't end up with all your product coming out at once. The only issue is instead of tapping into the lid like I used to I now have to tap the excess off into the sink or elsewhere. Overall however I think it's a great improvement in packaging.
Every day wear as it gives a nice natural coverage.

High Performing Mineral Foundation
Before this trial, I dabbled with other natural foundations but have not repeat purchased as they have either been too hard to apply/blend and I was not convinced they created the same finish as my cheaper, nastier alternatives...
Recently, however, I have taken a closer look and placed more importance on my health and using 'clean' products on my skin, clothes and in my home. I try to buy natural wherever possible and am slowly switching out products that are harmful to my health and the environment.
I have combination, sensitive skin that can be dehydrated in the cooler months - for this reason I love my facial oils morning and night! I avoided powder foundation because I used mattifying and skin redness reducing products in my skincare so that my makeup applied smoothly and was not shiny upon application, however this often lead to my skin feeling dry and tired by the end of the day.
The Nude By Nature Mineral Cover Foundation changed by skincare routine to embrace the facial oils that I love and make my skin happier during the day. I found that after applying my facial oil, I would leave my face for a few minutes, then apply a hydrating moisturiser or jump straight to the NBN Mineral Cover Foundation depending on how my skin felt for the day. The packaging is convenient and easy to grab product from with the Mineral Brush. I found following the directions to apply in a circular motion worked well for me!
The result? A smooth, even skintone, with happy hydrated skin! The formula is easily buildable and the product surprised me with how much cover there was upon first application. I also love how easy it is to top up during the day, unlike liquid foundations. Will be using this again and again!

easy to apply
I really liked how this produce was easy to apply and blend. Often powder formulas can look cakey on the skin but this blends in nicely and looks really smooth and natural. Additionally the powder is so finely milled that it doesn't settle into fine lines the way that some do - it sits so nicely and doesn't melt down your face either. Sometimes my skin can be on the drier side and it even worked with that - which is great because often cream formulas are better for dry skin. Didn't break me out or clog my pores!! A win! I didn't find that it was a super full coverage - more of a light-medium, which is my preference anyways. The way that it mattifies skin but still allows you to look glowy and natural was a big win for me - plus it sits beautifully on top of skincare and blends so nicely with highlighters and bronzing powders. The packaging is so gorgeous! I love the rose gold lid and the way in which product is dispensed (through that net-type device) is so fun to use and easy to get just the right amount. No more waste of expensive products!
Buff it into the skin really well. Use the nude by nature brush - it makes a difference.

Perfect natural finish!
I was a bit worried that the foundation would make my skin look dry and cling to the dry patches but it absolutely did not! It applied very easily and blended flawlessly to a natural finish.
It is a Light to medium buildable foundation that never looks cakey. I also tried it with some cream concealer on top and it surprisingly worked fine.
It lasted all day long and looked better as the day went by. However it is not transfer proof.
The new packaging makes it easier to apply and is mess free - which is usually the problem with mineral foundations. It does require you to constantly keep tapping more product out of the tub to do a full face and therefore probably takes a little bit longer to apply than other foundations. But I still think it’s worth it for type of coverage.
I have sensitive skin and it worked great for me, no reaction or irritation whatsoever.
I do hope that there is more of a shade range than just light, medium and dark though.
Blend blend blend!
Most skin types!

Awesome Mineral Cover
Nude by Nature Natural Mineral Cover gives great coverage really quickly and easily, just perfect for those mornings when running late. I love that the Nude by Nature products are made in Australia from natural ingredients including nourishing jojoba and kaolin clay for a radiant finish. This mineral foundation comes in a clear plastic tub with a beautiful rose gold lid which is easy to open and close. Inside there is a disposable plastic cover protecting a mesh insert which allows the powder to be dispensed easily and readily applied to the brush without causing a lot of mess. The lid has an inbuilt closure which stops powder getting everywhere when travelling. As an added bonus this powder gives SPF15 protection.
There were no instructions with the powder so I checked online and followed the instructions I found on the website. I used a mineral brush to gently push into the mesh sifter on the foundation, tapped away the excess and then buffed the powder onto my skin in light, circular motions. Starting at the centre of the face and working outward until I achieved the coverage I wanted. The results and coverage were excellent and long lasting. I had comments from work colleagues on how my skin had a lovely sheen.
I found I could get moderate to full coverage in less than a minute.
I used a moisturiser which leaves my skin feeling slightly sticky to achieve a longer lasting result. The website suggested that for faster application, after collecting the powder, turn the brush upright and tap the base to sink the powder into the bristles. I found this did speed up application.

Fantastic if you're looking for light coverage
I love Nude by Nature and this product has delivered as expected. As I fortunately don't suffer from too many irregularities in my skin, I don't really need fuller coverage so this was perfect for a no-makeup look - my partner didn't even realise I had anything on when I asked how it looked. The packaging is classic Nude by Nature, and I really like how you access the product itself - the smaller opening means that less product gets out in transit and feels less wasteful and easier to control. It also had pretty good staying power. The colour match was perfect and using the brush we were also provided in the trial it blended onto the skin really nicely to provide an even base. Love the ingredients as per usual, and with its lower pricepoint compared to other high end mineral foundations that I find have a similar result, I would definitely consider purchasing again.

Light coverage that can be built if you have a smooth complexion
I reviewed this in the shade light/medium.
I love the concept of a natural light coverage for days where makeup is just too much and in Queensland for me this is most days.
On opening this I found the lid of the packaging to be quite unique as it has a "stopper/plug" in the centre that prevents too much loose powder getting everywhere inside the lid. This was a win so when I opened it I didn't dissapear into a puff cloud of powder!
The colour was spot on for me which was an added plus.
With regards to coverage the first layer I put on (with the brush) didn't really do much so I kept going until I achieved what I thought was somewhat good coverage without being over the top.
When I really looked up close though every single hair on my face (and some that I'm sure just joined in on the fun) showed up in spectacular fashion.
Believing this was just "the angle" I went with it anyway. Later in the day I looked when I was oitside and again was blown away at how fuzzy I am!
Is that the products fault? no. Do I want to look like a bear cub with light coverage? Also no.
Plus side was it stayed on, kept me from getting too oily and it didn't break my skin out.
I continued to play with the layers and regardless there was this hairy finish. I'd probably need to shave my entire face if I wanted to use this as my go to.

Perfect for oily skin - even in winters
I have oily combination skin and so far, this beautiful mineral foundation in powdered form has suited me well.
Let me start with packaging. My initial reaction was of total disbelief - I have never seen a powder product with cloth mess. Usually they are made of plastic and firm while this one is soft and moves around. Luckily all my doubts were proven wrong and the net shape fits well with the beautiful fluffy brushes provided and works out well.
This is what I do - lightly seal the net with brush and tilt the container a bit to dispose some product on to the brush. Tap the brush lightly to let the powder settle on bristles and then move around on well moisturized, sunscreen coated face. It instantly starts creating a breathable light cover and can be builded up as desired - although I haven't tried beyond medium. Even for a make-up dummy like me, this creates smooth and even finish so definitely very easy to use.
I like liquid foundations but Winter is the only time when I am not worried about using them. In summer they just make me look like fried food. This though is likely to be a life saver in all seasons. I was afraid that in dry days of winter it might make my skin look flaky but totally amazed that it just sits lightly, providing medium-light cover and doesn't look dry while absorbing away oil from all shiny spots. Almost as if it has a mind of it's own, this finely milled powder has managed to adjust itself to on different patches of my skin - all having a very different tendency. Any combination skin girl here would know what I am talking about. For those concerned about fragrances in products, this has none.

Nude by Nature Mineral Foundation
I love Nude by Nature, they have really great products that is really natural and they are a brand that is vegan.
Because they are vegan, the products does not last as long as the use by date is a lot quicker and sooner so it is best to use it quickly.
This foundation is really good, the mineral foundation provides good coverage and it is quite even and I can layer more on if I want an even more deeper and better coverage. I find with mineral foundation, it can look less natural, more cakey and not very attractive but this is ok, it is quite sheer and it does work quite well on my skin.
In terms of its' lasting power, it does last for the whole day so that is great, I don't need to reapply any more during the day which is nice and convenient. I do find if it is a bit humid and hot, it comes off and that doesn't look great.

I received the Natural Mineral Cover in Medium. The Jar is actually light weight and on the outside, pretty much just looks like your average jar of powdered mineral foundation. I was a bit skeptical of a powdered mineral foundation because as I've aged (I'm now 44), I find powders seem to not sit well and look flaky on my skin. So I was hoping this one would be different.
Upon opening the jar, i was really impressed by the design (which is hard to describe). It seems to have like a circle netting in a dipped area so that your brush can easily pick up the powder without taking up too much.
I was able to pair this with a supplied Mineral Brush from Nude by Nature (thank you) and it was perfect to brush the mineral powder on my face.
I was able to vary the coverage from light to medium which is excellent. I must admit, I was able to pair the foundation with the matching Translucent Loose finishing Powder so both teamed together made for decent staying power for when in the office. It never flaked or left my face dry. My face actually felt and looked smooth and perfect. Already loving it.
Start brushing from your nose, outwards, it allows for a better seamless coverage.
