BB cream

So this could be an obvious question, but I’m going to put it out there anyway.

If I sleep in my garnier BB Cream, is that just the same as being naughty and sleeping in foundation?

yes i beleive so as its not 100% organic, and can clog your pores

Hehe. I wasnt going to do it, don’t worry! But I was just curious 🙂

I think it is because i used to sleep with a tinted moisturiser on and that really screwed up my skin. I had breakouts and my pores were all congested, so please don’t follow the same mistake i did. 🙁

I use make up remover wipes with no perfume as they are so easy for a tired working gal to use before bed. Takes away the worry factor about sleeping in makeup. P.s. I love BB cream.

I would say yes – it’s pigmented and the pigments dont get absorbed into the skin (as a moisturiser does) meaning they sit on top. Anything that sits on top of your skin should be removed before going to sleep to make sure your skin can breath properly all night. 🙂

I’m not sure I agree. I don’t think it would be significantly different from sleeping in moisturiser. If it doesn’t make you break out normally then I don’t think sleeping in it would cause breakouts.
I’ve never tried it however as I need full coverage foundation.

    I would think so, yes.

I’d say definitely too….and considering how many have said that its making their skin break out (incl myself!), I would definitely recommend that you remove it thoroughly before going to bed.
