Lancôme Teint Visionnaire: how does it fare after a week?
Would you consider yourself a skeptical person? Like, if a foundation claims to give your skin flawless coverage and a natural finish while hiding the telltale signs of ageing, would you believe it? And would you believe that you’d see results after just one week of use?
Okay, I can basically hear your scoffs all the way through the Internet, and I get it. It seems almost ludicrous that a foundation could work it’s magic on your pores, wrinkles, and various complexion concerns to leave your skin looking youthful and radiant. But that’s what Lancôme Teint Visionnaire claims it does. In the short term, it helps your skin look fabulous; and in the long-term, you’ll notice that the appearance of your pores and wrinkles will be reduced.
But why should we just believe what the brand says? Our Trial Team has been trialling the product for about a week now, and here’s what they have to say about the foundation so far:
"The foundation was slightly thin in consistency and provided medium coverage, which blends in beautifully onto the skin to give a natural radiant everyday look. The foundation contains SPF20, which is an excellent quality for foundation. My skin feels comfortable, hydrating and appears more awake, smooth and even-toned. I also noticed that my pores appeared smoother and fine lines were less noticeable. I love how Lancome Teint Visionnaire looks on my skin and that it is reasonably long lasting, as I experienced zero fading within approximately 6 hours." – pinkheart
"Other foundations sit on the surface of my skin and invariably settle into the creases around my mouth and between my brows – I usually have to go back over those areas and blend them in several times, but even then, it’s obvious I’m wearing make-up. However a few seconds after I apply Teint Visionnaire with my fingers, it becomes undetectable - it seems to fuse with my skin, and even with a magnifying mirror, I can’t see it (!) All I can see is a smooth and even-toned surface, my lines are softened, my pores are tamed, and I look like I have great skin. It’s magic I tell you…" – katshepsutt
"The corrector is amazing. It's creamy and thick enough to cover blemishes yet it doesn't look at all thick on skin. I used it to cover blemishes and is the best corrector I've used on my dark under eye circles." – renne.t
Considering buying this foundation? Us too. Here are a few foundation application tips to help you get the most flawless-looking coverage:
Foundation application tip #1: Take a small amount of the Lancôme Teint Visionnaire Corrector and blend in a circular motion on the back of your hand. Warming the product before applying will help you better blend the product into your skin, giving you flawless coverage.
Foundation application tip #2: To achieve fuller coverage without a ‘mask’ effect, mix the high-coverage precision corrector with a drop of the Teint Visionnaire Foundation.
