How to get a glam makeup look using all-natural products

When you think of all-natural makeup products, a glam makeup look probably doesn’t come to mind. But, believe it or not, it’s totally possible to create a full glam makeup look using all-natural products. In the tutorial above, I’ve used Nude by Nature’s 100% naturally derived and cruelty-free makeup products.

Nude by Nature started out with a capsule collection of just three mineral foundations, a bronzer, finishing veil and a makeup brush – before they took over the natural makeup game. I love using their products because not only does this brand stay true to their values and commitment to the environment, their high-performance makeup products hold their own against any makeup brand. There’s a reason why Nude by Nature is Australia’s no.1 mineral makeup brand with one product sold every 30 seconds in Australia!

So, if you want to know how to create a glam makeup look using all-natural makeup products, watch the video above.

Can’t watch the video? Here are some steps to get you started:

Complexion

First, apply the Nude by Nature Airbrush Mineral Primer using your finger tips or a foundation brush. Next, prime your eye area with the Nude by Nature Perfecting Eye Primer. Using the Nude by Nature Liquid Mineral Concealer, applied with a concealer brush, conceal your under eye area and any redness or spots. For foundation, apply the Nude by Nature Natural Mineral Cover Foundation.

Now that you’ve applied your base, use the contour shade from the Nude by Nature Contour Palette to contour underneath your cheekbones, your jawline and on your temples. Using the same palette, use the bronzing shade to add warmth to your complexion. And finally, use the highlight shade from this palette down the centre of your face, chin and underneath your contour shade to really make your bone structure stand out. With a blush brush, apply the Nude by Nature Virgin Blush to add a pop of colour to the apples of your cheeks.

Eyes

Start your eye makeup by lining your waterline with the Nude by Nature Contour Eye Pencil in Black. To create a bronze, smoky eye, first use the Nude by Nature Shimmering Sands Loose Eyeshadow in the shade Coral Sand all over the eyelid. Next, use the Nude by Nature Shimmering Sands Loose Eyeshadow in the shade Rose Sand in the outer corners of your eyes, and blend some underneath your eyes as well. Going back to the Nude by Nature Contour Palette, apply the highlighting shade underneath your brow bone and in the inner corners of your eyes. Use the peach shade from the Nude by Nature Natural Wonders Eye Palette as a transition shade in the crease of your eye to blend all of the colours together.

Next, line your upper lash line with the Nude by Nature Contour Eye Pencil in Black and blend it into your lower lashes as well. Then blend the Nude by Nature Contour Eye Pencil in Brown into your lower lashes for a bit more definition. Finish by applying the Nude by Nature Allure Defining Mascara in Black to your upper lashes, and the Nude by Nature Allure Defining Mascara in Brown to your lower lashes.

Lips

For your lips, start by using the Nude by Nature Defining Lip Pencil in Blush Nude to fill in your lips completely. Because this is a glossy lip look, skip lipstick and go straight in with the Nude by Nature Moisture Infusion Lipgloss in Bare, to get that wet, glossy look.

Brushes

Here are the brushes that I used in this tutorial:

  1. I can’t believe this. Sophie left BH years ago and this is a recycled article. Sophie was an excellent contributor but recycling 3 year old articles doesn’t sit well I’m sorry to say.
