BB creams to suit your skin

When you think about it, BB creams are still fairly new to the western beauty scene (they first launched in Australia in 2012 but have been a staple in Korea and Japan for decades).
Despite that, they’ve become a staple in almost every woman’s beauty cupboard and you’d be hard-pressed to find a brand that didn’t have a BB cream. And you know what’s great about that? You’re more likely to find one that suits your skin’s needs to a T!
Consult our guide below to find the perfect BB cream for you.
I'm looking for a BB Cream for...
Anti-Ageing Benefits
Dull skin
Pore-minimising
Uneven skin tone
Oily skin
With SPF
Bonus BBB (Budget BB cream):
Under $20
What would you like most from a BB cream?

Garnier B.B. Cream is my go to for my face for work so easy to get se and apply and it doesn’t leave my skin feeling oily like many other B.B. creams
It is an essential part of my makeup routine for work. It lasts all day

I use Garnier BB cream everyday. Great coverage, SPF protection, not too drying on skin. Also very good value for money. I use the one designed for combination or oily skin & it gives a great matte finish and lasts all day.

I have quite an oily t zone and I use the maybelline dream B.B. cream for oily skin and it works wonders. The coverage is great and I don’t have shiny patches that I get from most normal liquid foundations.

I would love a BB cream that really hydrates my skin throughout the day while providing me with SPF coverage.

I don't wear much make up never have I grew up using to ten moisturisers but swapped when bb creams came out. I started of trying a few bb creams maybeline , Lara bingles brand and Korean but always goes back to maybeline as its a great colour for my complexion and not to thick and looks great and non shiny on perfect!!!

Similar to the comments that "TheUglyDuckling", made, I haven't found a BB cream that seems right for me either. What do you do with your wrong choices? I guess I will eventually throw them out.

I love these BB creams - I like that they feel light on and don't look like makeup.

I've just tried the Maybelline Dream BB cream and it's really good. But Western BB creams are nothing like the Asian ones (e.g. Korean) which have so many benefits - with a lot more skin-nourishing / brightening ingredients. The Western BB creams are really just tinted moisturisers - some do have additional benefits though. e.g. the Maybelline one for oily skin has salicylic acid to help unclog pores, so that's always a good thing!

I love my BB Cream ! I used the Garnier one and absolutely love it ! It's a great product for those days where you don't feel like wearing heavy foundation or makeup, or your quickly leaving the house to do something and in a mad rush ! Great in summer or when your away on a holiday and looks lovely and natural.

I really like the concept of these creams, but the reality always falls short for me with very pale skin - they all look orange. Cheap or expensive it doesn't seem to make much different. Wish they would have sample sized ones more often as I for one am not wasting any more money on painting my face orange.

$107 for a BB cream?! Goodness me! Surely it has a few milligrams of Botox in there then at that price! Wowzers!

I'm having a serious case of BB and CC cream wars right now. I've got so many different brands in my drawer (I've only reviewed one so far). None of them are right for me!
