When I heard (and saw) that blue eye make-up was coming up the ranks of beauty trends that needed to be tried, I was afraid.

Sure, it looks wonderful and edgy and fabulously wearable on all those runway models and celebrities, but how would the trend translate to an everyday look that anyone could wear? It would look like the 80s all over again, right?

And that’s where this five-day challenge came in. I wanted to try a different style of blue eye make-up each day in a way that embraced the trend without becoming the kind of look I would regret sporting.
