Stay Nude for hours...

Hands up if this sounds a little (too) familiar:
Apply flawless make-up in the morning. Go to school/uni/work/get on with life in general. Look in the mirror at midday to find your pretty face of make-up is gone. Melted. An absolute mess.
It’s not much fun, is it? So, in an effort to beat my slidey-face disasters, I visited Nude by Nature Make-Up Ambassador, Clint, for a bit of a complexion perfection makeover, and here’s how he took my skin from kinda-alright to flawless and radiant.
Start with a primer. Smooth Nude by Nature Undercover Airbrush Primer onto your skin before you do anything else. Not only will the primer sit in your pores and lines to create a smooth surface for make-up application, but it’ll soothe and nourish your skin with ingredients like green tea, chamomile, and beeswax too.
Clint’s tip: Don’t miss this step. You won’t need to reapply your make-up during the day, so it’s a lazy person’s best friend!
Apply your foundation. Using a Nude by Nature Application Brush, roll Nude by Nature Natural Mineral Cover across your skin, building the coverage as needed. The mineral powder contains kaolin clay, which combined with your skin’s natural oils, will leave your skin looking fresh and radiant. Plus, it’s free from bismuth, so if you were worried about skin irritations or the powder setting in any lines you may have, you can be rest assured that your skin will look nothing but flawless.
Clint’s tip: Don’t tap the foundation off the brush, rather load the brush and tap the brush down (so you’re holding the brush vertical and banging the handle against the table). This will help distribute the product more evenly into the brush.
Contour your features. Give your skin a warm, natural glow by applying some Nude by Nature Mineral Bronzer under your cheekbones and then in the shape of a three (starting on your forehead, coming in at your cheekbone, and ending at your chin).
Clint’s tip: Use a loose-bristled brush to create a more natural look. A denser brush will give you brown stripes on your cheekbones. Not a good look.
The finishing touch. Applying Nude by Nature Finishing Mineral Veil is the key to ensuring your make-up stays put during the day. The face powder works to lock in the make-up, absorb oil throughout the day, and keep your skin looking radiant.
Clint’s tip: Use the Finishing Mineral Veil under your eyes to conceal dark circles.
Interested in buying some Nude by Nature products? Then keep an eye out in March – they’ll be releasing an all-natural, petrochemical-free natural paw-paw ointment and a super-nourishing BB cream. Woohoo!

I have to give mineral makeup a go. I use some mineral blushes and liquid foundations, but haven't used powders yet. I want to try the BB cream, too!

I tried mineral makeup once but it looked flakey and made my skin look dry. That was a while ago so I might have to try the Nude range because it sounds so good!

Love all the tips here. Can't wait to try the Super-Nourishing BB cream Cream. Have been using Nude Oil at night which I like. It has been really good with getting rid of some darker pigmentation on my face. Have used Maybelline mineral make up and I really like that too. Carli you look gorgeous and I have enjoyed reading your blog. Thanks.

I have tried a few Nude by Nature products including the mineral powder and finishing veil. The powder was a bit streaky in my opinion but I did like the finishing veil. And their application brush is super soft! Love it.

Love to try those new mineral products coming out in March, I always thought mineral makeup was mainly powder base.

I use mineral liquid foundation, as this sits on my skin better. Powder mineral makeup makes my skin look orange because i can never find the right colour for me.

I've only got a couple of Nude by Nature pencils but I haven't tried the actual foundations. I do use other brands of mineral makeup but haven't yet got around to the Nude by Nature one. Loving the 'before' and 'after'!

Mineral makeup doesn't work on me so I'll have to stick to my usual stuff...

No luck with any mineral makeup that I've tried so far - don't like the finish, has always looked powdery, uneven and obvious. Haven't tried THIS one though, and the primer sounds beaut :-)

I love nude by nature mineral makeup, but it doesn't really have staying power on my oily skin - any reccomendations on how I can combat this?
But I like using the finishing veil to help conceal my dark circles.

PrincessFiona1, I was a bit worried about that too, but the coverage of the Nude by Nature foundation is pretty buildable, so you can either go for a more natural look, or layer on more powder for better coverage. Michelle Sweetheart, they key (or keys) to long-lasting mineral make-up is the primer AND the veil (which is a setting powder) at the end. Without them, the coverage won't last as long Carli xx

Very interesting... I have not yet jumped on the mineral wagon, fearing the it wont give me as much coverage as my normal foundation...one day I have to bite the bullet...

Awesome news on the BB cream, it's so hard to get an affordable one in Aus apart from the Garnier.

I love mineral powder as it can give natural coverage without the made-up look. The BB cream makes me excited :)
