About participation

If you are currently a Bronze member, please note that you need to reach Silver member status to be eligible to participate, which is pretty easy to do! Learn how to boost your points here.

About points racking

Know that suspicious (points racking) activity is being monitored. This won’t be an issue for loyal members that know the drill, however if you are new and wondering what this might look like, your account may be flagged if you submit  hundreds of article comments in a short time. As a guide, we publish a maximum of 20 articles a week and even our most active members who comment on all article and reply to each other on articles never usually hit more than 200 comments a month – so if you’re submitting more than that, know that you are likely to be flagged as points racking. Anyone deemed points racking may be banned from participating and lose their points.

Also – whilst now is the perfect time to submit new product reviews to boost your points balance before shopping begins, please keep in mind that to ensure beautyheaven remains the best place for truly helpful beauty product reviews, we only accept product reviews that add value and help others. Your review may be positive, negative or even neutral, but you must explain why you think that. Reviews that are not deemed helpful will not be approved. Read more on how to write a good product review here.

Got another question?

While you can’t browse through the shop front yet, you can still head to beautorium and watch bh’s Rosie explain what beautorium is, how it works and how you can take part.

Will you be taking part in beautorium this time around? Which products have you got your eye on?
