Wake Me Up Anti-Fatigue Concealer Reviews

I actually prefer this concealer to all others that I've tried (including the much-raved about Maybelline one, and much fancier / more expensive brands) I get the lightest shade (01) and I've got medium/olive toned skin. I like using a concealer that's a little lighter to really brighten up the eye area, and this works beautifully! Creamy consistency, goes on well, doesn't get gluggy or cakey (even after 6 months of use) and lasts well. I usually add a bit of setting powder but have also used without and find it to last well without falling into the cracks.

The Rimmel Wake Me Up Concealer is the first concealer iv'e ever tried, previously I never really thought about using concealer until I started noticing the dark circles under my eyes. My friend recommended this product to me as one of her favourite concealers so I thought I would give it a go. I have fairly light skin with my foundation shade being 'fair-light neutral', so I brought the concealer shade 010 ivory which seems to be a perfect match for me. While the product does make my under eyes brighter and lighter, it doesn't really 'conceal' the dark circles as such and after a couple of minutes it creases in fine lines (even after setting with powder), even if i smooth it out, it will crease again during the day. Overall it's not a bad product, it's just not really for me.

Disappointingly, I found that this concealer tended to settle into the fine lines beneath my eyes and after only a few hours, I was looking very obviously like I had "tried too hard" with my concealer. It was caking, and uneven, and really very unappealing.
I tried again, this time using a primer beneath my eyes, but to no avail.
I'm afraid I will be looking elsewhere for an under-eye concealer for my dark circles.

I swear by this concealer it is lightweight and requires little product to cover blemishes and imperfections. sometimes when I can't be bothered with a foundation I use this product by itself all over the face, and it gives me a really natural makeup-free look, it also feels great on the skin. I've purchased other concealers once running out of this one but I always find myself back at the shops, re- purchasing this one its that good

It is so hard to find an under eye concealer that doesn't cake or fall into fine lines. I have tried a few drugstore concealers and have always come back to this!

This concealer is light/medium coverage and definitely makes a difference in brightening those dark circles.

I like to apply this in dots half a centimetre from my bottom lash line and then I use the pointy end of my beauty sponge to spread it upwards under my eye. I find that doing it this way doesn't make the product settle into lines and doesn't get cakey.

I use classic beige and find this works really well on my light/medium skin tone.

This product is very good and is one of the first concealers I really enjoyed. I have gone through 4 already and I don't think I will be changing anytime soon. Only thing is this is not a very long lasting concealer and has mostly worn off under my eyes at the end of the day. But all in all it is one of my fav products. I definitely recommend this product.

I always have this concealer stashed away in my bag ready to go. I've repurchased it plenty of times and used it with the companion Wake Me Up Foundation, with other foundations, and by itself. It performs very well in each case.
It's a bendable liquid formula with a lighter consistency, making it great for everyday use. It's designed to make the skin look brighter and thus contains elements of a shimmer rather than being a matte concealer. I've found it conducive to a summery look, but it looks just as good in the winter if you feel like your skin is getting a bit dull.
I've found it works best to conceal dark circles under the eyes as well as to cover up redness around the face. It does a decent job at covering up blemishes, but the light formula does make it harder to cover up larger spots.
I will say, the shade range leaves something to be desired.

This concealer is available in just three shades - Ivory, Classic Beige and Soft Beige. I would like to see a wider variety of shades available, however the lightest Ivory shade does get the job done for me.

The consistency is only just slightly thicker than the foundation and conceals any redness, veins, small blemishes and pores well. It is smooth and blends with ease. I have enjoyed using this together with the new matching Wake Me Up foundation as they seem to compliment each other well with their fatigue concealing and illuminating glow particles.

This concealer is a decent price and so easy to use with it's doe foot applicator. The consistency also lasts throughout the whole day for me from 7-6pm. That's pretty dang good in my book!

Recommend stocking up on this pretty!

I just used this concealer the other day after not using it in a while and was reminded how good it is. There are only a few small issues with it one being that sometimes it doesn't completely cover blemishes and it doesn't last as long as some of my other concealers on my oily skin. The things I like about it are that it makes your face look fresh and alive. It also does quite a good job hiding blemishes, is easy to apply because of the dopher applicator and it smells really nice.
