The colourful eyebrow newbie that'll make plucking fun

I’m a little bit fanatic about my brows, beauties. As soon as I cottoned-on to the fact that full, well-groomed brows not only help to balance out the face, but make it look younger and fresher too, I’ve been paying a bucket load of attention to them.
However, this doesn’t mean I spend every second weekend in the beauty salon treating myself to a brow grooming session. No way! I get a professional shaping every few months when I find the time, and simply touch up any regrowth with tweezers at home. (You can all do the same too, just don’t try to play with your shape – that is best left to the professionals.)
Given my aforementioned brow obsession, I’m always on the hunt for super-fun brow products; ones that make tweezing not only a breeze but enjoyable too. And guess what? I have just located one such thing.
Please say hello to the Fashion Colour Slant Tweezer in Geranium from Tweezerman [stockist: 1800 251 215]. Doesn’t she look attractive in that juicy watermelon-coloured outfit, beauties? I know I’d be mighty proud to see her sitting pretty in my make-up case on a daily basis. But she’s more than just a gorgeous face – she’s an award winning brow-tamer, too.
Made from stainless steel, her tip is hand-filed and slanted perfectly to make way for precision-perfect tweezing. Yep, no more missed hairs or frustrating minutes spent bent over the basin trying to get that one last cheeky strand. Yippee!
She’ll set you back $39.95, but – and take it from me – she’s worth every penny. I’ve been using the Tweezerman for Benefit Slant Tweezer for around two years now and I’ve been known to get antsy when I can’t find it…
So, if you’re on the hunt for a new pair of tweezers that works ridiculously well but packs a punch in the looks department too, I definitely suggest you give this one a whirl. And if I can steal just one more moment of your time, here’s a list of some other must-have brow beauty loot, too…

I'm a fan of slanted tweezers, but I doubt I would pay $40 for the priviledge.

I have some Tweezerman tweezers, but I don't know if they warrant the expense. Sorry!

They look fab, but they are a bit pricey! I couldn't justify spending that much on them. Sure they are fabulous though! Love the colour too

Don't really think this article explains much of the benefits of this product, I have a non-brand pair of tweezers with a slanted, flat tip and it does great...more info please or you're really not selling this product

This will in fact make plucking fun because of the pop of colour, or you could just paint your tweezers- but that wouldnt work, i dont think so.

I try to just keep my brows tidy and neat. I get them waxed every month or so.

I love the cute and funky designs of Tweezerman tweezers! I haven't bought one myself as of late as I have a few other tweezers lying around and I'm happy with their performance.

My eyebrows are something I just can't get right. They used to be a really great shape and then one bad wax and they went horribly wrong. Am still in the process of trying to make them look thicker, while still trying to keep the stray hairs tame!

Carefully plucked eyebrows are esssential, as the brows frame the eyes, which are the main feature on your face. Just a normal pair of tweezers does the trick.
I use lip balm on the eyelid to flatten the brow hairs and always pluck from under the arch, never above. Also, to measure the appropriate brow length, place the end of the tweezers at the corner of your nose, angle it out to the edge of the outer eye and where the tweezers end on your brow, that is where the eyebrow should finish.
Too long or short, too thick or thin - they look silly. Just be natural.

I don't care what my tweezers look like I just want them to work! I get painfully sharp little buggers come through and want them gone straight away. Tweezerman have a great rep I'm just not ready to spend that kind of money on something I may not like. Everyone raved about GHD too so I bought one and it was the biggest waste of money for me.
