A blend of emollient oils and waxes provides creamy glide and lasting, waterproof, humidity- and sweat-resistant wear. Comb brows up with the spoolie to reveal their fullest shape. Then use the pencil end to fill in sparse areas with short, hair-like strokes. Set colour and tame brows with the Brow Shaper.
