  1. I love orange lipsticks. Lately ive been wearing a lot of mauve/pinks but this article has me thinking about diving into my collection and fishing out my Oranges 🙂

  2. I do find orange ones really flattering but I only apply them really really really lightly because I'm not into brights for myself. I suppose you could call I a 'super swipe' because hardly any pigment needs to be on my lips if it's a brighter colour.. It kind of gives my lips a glow rather than a colour.

  3. Can BeautyHeaven start to try and do more articles about plastic free, no or low waste beauty consumption? Think they have a platform and obligation to join the conversation and movement.

  4. "Amazing for enhancing the warm undertones in your skin, orange hues are universally flattering."

I disagree. I have a very cool complexion & orange looks terrible on me. I'll stick with the classic reds.

  5. Completely agree mis8. Orange is one of those hues that really doesn't suit me, regardless of whether it's makeup or clothing. If I were to wear coral, it'd have to be a really pink-toned coral, otherwise my rather cool complexion can't handle it. (Wish it could though.) Pinks, berries, plums, blue-based & true reds all the way for me.

  6. I am so pleased I am always on the look out for an orangey coloured lipsticks, pinks ans red just look hideous on me. Not working tommoz, might have to hit the shops before we are all in lockdown:)
