These 2 things can make you much happier


If you’re feeling a little low today (who wouldn’t be – it’s Monday), we’ve got two things that can make you feel a whole lot happier.

And you can start with the first one right now – smiling.

Yep, even if it’s the last thing you feel like doing, curl up those lips, show a little teeth and flash that gorgeous smile at everyone you see, because according to even a fake smile can increase the feeling of happiness. Or if faking it is too hard, watch our latest video, it’s sure to make you crack a smile.

As for the second happiness booster, you might want to save it for when you get home…

Yep you guessed it, it’s sex. But not just ANY sex. It has to be GOOD sex. According to a new study from Carnegie Mellon University, when participants were asked to increase their frequency of sex they reported enjoying it less, because it was routine and planned.

So unfortunately, adding an extra session into you and your man’s schedule won’t automatically make you happier. But perhaps spicing things up with a new location for love making will help…
