Khloe Kardashian’s day on a plate

Since calling it quits with Lamar Odom in 2013, Khloe Kardashian has turned into a lean, mean, fitness machine. And whether you love or loathe the reality TV family, you can’t deny her curvy, strong figure has become an inspiration to women all over the world.

The brunette turned blonde is currently promoting her newly released lifestyle book, Strong Looks Better Naked, and a passage within titled ‘The Joy Of Cooking’ reveals what the 31-year-old eats on a daily basis.

It’s a little different from big sister Kim’s day on a plate, but just as intense (and by intense we mean no Tim Tams). Here’s a quick overview of her daily diet:

Early morning (pre-workout):

  • Huge glass of water
  • Black coffee

Breakfast (post-workout):

  • Another big glass of water
  • Oatmeal

Mid-morning:

  • Apple with peanut butter OR
  • Nuts

Lunch:

  • Chinese chicken salad
  • Water infused with fruit
  • Chopped veggies

Dinner:

  • Fish with steamed veggies
  • Magic mash-up (a side of mashed cauliflower)

Dessert:

  • Bowl of fruit with Greek yoghurt

Whether or not you rate the diet, you’ve gotta love how she calls her mashed cauliflower a “magic mash-up” (anything to make healthy eating a bit more fun).
