She may be one of the youngest in the Kardashian clan, but Kendall Jenner is becoming a star in her own right. At just 19 years old, the brunette babe is making her mark in the fashion world, walking the runways for the likes of Marc Jacobs and Chanel.
Although she’s blessed with lithe legs and a toned tum, Kendall puts the work in to stay in shape. She credits her model bod to celebrity trainer Gunnar Peterson, who has worked with Hollywood megastars including Angelina Jolie, Jennifer Lopez and Matthew McConaughey.Image: @kendalljenner Instagram
Not one to complain, Kendall works out with Gunner four times a week and does whatever she’s told. “I do whatever he tells me to do,” she revealed to Vogue.
So what does her workout consist of? “Some cardio, some muscle-building to tone myself up,” she said. “I’ll run to a gym and get on the treadmill. I [also] do a lot of ab work and planking.” To stay motivated, she blasts her workout playlist, which features tunes from brother-in-law, Kanye West.

In the lead-up to a runway show, Kendall relies on detox tea to beat the bloat: “I usually start my day off with a cup of detox tea,” she told E! News. “I have, like, 12 cups a day.” Apples are her go-to snack during the day and she feasts on “a clean diet with loads of fruits, vegetables and lean proteins” to keep her energy levels up.Image: @kendalljenner Instagram
As for that glowing skin, she says it’s all down to sleep: “My beauty secret for fashion week is just getting a good amount of sleep. I feel like I at least need about seven hours, eight hours of sleep to function.”
With her hectic work schedule, hard-core workout routine, and shooting campaigns for Calvin Klein, we don’t blame her for trying to get as much beauty sleep as possible!
