Ever since she wowed us with her on-trend red carpet look at the American Music Awards, Julianne Hough’s been on our beauty radar.
And it’s not just the actress’ sleek haircut and modern make-up that we’re impressed with. The 26-year-old also has a seriously hot bod.
So how does she stay in shape? Well, speaking to allure.com, the actress revealed her preferred workout (and it actually sounds fun):
“Dance. The cardiovascular part of it is incredible, but also, you’re using muscles all over.”
It kind of makes sense, given the star is a two-time winner of Dancing with the Stars. But even if you and I aren’t quite up to that standard, I reckon Julianne’s fitness regime is definitely one we could get behind. I mean, just look at her.
The actress’ diet also sounds pretty appealing. On nutrition, she recommends eating a few less carbs and “more protein and veggies, with fruit as [a substitute for] sugar”.
But what if she has a craving for something sweeter? “I’ll do honey instead of sugar.” Again, this is a health tip I’m all for – especially considering the 5 benefits of honey for your skin.
