21 seriously inspiring celebrity workout pics

Who says you can’t look good while you’re working out? These stars look smoking hot, even when they’re a sweaty mess.

And it’s not just because they’re celebrities (although the pressure of being in the public eye does kind of help with the whole rock-hard abs thing) – it’s also because activewear has become fashionable in the past few years.

Nobody knows this better than Noa Ries, founder of activewear label Vie Active, whose luxe leggings have been worn by the likes of Sophia Vergara and Naomi Watts. So once you’re done flicking through the seriously motivating pictures in the gallery below, scroll down to check out our quick Q&A with Noa about exercise and fitness fashion.

What other workout bottoms would you suggest for women who are body-conscious and don’t like wearing tights? I actually think that if you’re body-conscious, our compression tights are the best option for you. The compression fabric thins the thighs and lifts the butt, which makes them incredibly flattering. What’s your best tip for those wanting to lose weight? Find a workout that you love and do it regularly. Focus on healthier foods you like to eat and eat more of those. By doing so, you’ll naturally want to eat less of those non-nutritious options. How do you motivate yourself to work out? Working out, for me, is almost entirely mental. If I don’t exercise regularly I don’t feel focused, happy, or energetic and since I love feeling this way, I am always motivated to work out. You only have 15 minutes to exercise – what do you do? A quick HIIT workout focusing on pushups, lunges, burpees, dips, squats and squat jumps. Super hard but super effective. There’s a great site called BodyrockTV – all of their free and online workouts are only 12 minutes long! If women can only afford to buy one piece of activewear, what would you recommend? Without a doubt, a pair of our Rockell full-length compression tights. Do you like wearing activewear? What motivates you to work out?
