After raiding my partners stash of products curious and feeling bedazzled by what they are all for I feel it’s only fair to share, so I scrounged up the best of my batch to see what she’d like to try. Of course being the Beauty Queen she is I secretly thought there’s no way she’d want to use any of my men’s products but turns out I was wrong! So as far as his, her’s and unisex goes there apparently is a line that can be blurred with many tips and tricks to be found amongst the products for everyone to share.
My Burts Bees products took a major hit as she decided that Burts Bees Men’s Cologne was not only great smelling on me but also a scent she likes to wear on occasion! 100% natural and with lemon and orange oils I should have seen this coming. My Men’s shave cream was next as apparently the ingredients of calendula and chamomile didn’t irritate her sensitive skin and her legs liked the close, soothing shave that it helped deliver. Figured I should maybe hide my Burts Bees at this stage before I had nothing left in my kit when she quickly eagle eyed my Natio Daily Shampoo. Lightly scented, a straight up shampoo that helps cleanse hair and scalp while adding body and shine to hair this was a winner too. Thankfully as long as she has her for coloured hair shampoo my Natio look’s safe for a little longer.
Physical outdoor work keeps my hands in need of care which is why I have Vaseline Intensive Rescue Soothing Hand Cream on standby. This works well to repair my sore, dry hands when they are starting to crack and need moisture. Another product that’s great for her hands too it seems after washing dishes and gardening, as my tube has now ended up in her stash! My Lynx Dark Temptation shower gel seems to have been disappearing faster than usual, the fact that she’s a chocaholic probably has a lot to do with that, as well as that she was the one who first bought me it introducing me to the world of Lynx Dark temptations including their Anti-perspirant deodorant spray.
Looks like it’s pretty straight forward that there are plenty of beauty products for him or her, and that the biggest tip and trick is to double up on your favourites in your collection in case your partner decides to try yours and fall in love with it. I’m all for sharing but seems to me if she finds my kit so interesting maybe I need to look at her stash a little closer to see what else I can use. A mate mentioned that Clarins One-Step exfoliating cleanser is handy for blokes as it can wash our face and help exfoliate gently softening our stubble making shaving easier, think that’s the next item I might “borrow.”
