Best hand creams for sensitive skin

While all hand creams work to nourish and hydrate skin, if you have sensitive skin then there can be some ingredients that’ll actually flare up any irritations. If this sounds like you, then you’re best off looking for natural hand creams or ones that are fragrance-free and don’t contain other nasties like parabens or sulphates.
BEST HAND CREAMS FOR SENSITIVE SKIN
Free from sodium lauryl sulphate, sodium laureth sulphate, propylene glycol, artificial colours, triethanolamine, EDTA, mineral oils and parabens, this hand cream will work wonders to nourish dry and sensitive hands.
DermaVeen Everyday Intensive Hand Cream
Colloidal ointment in this cream helps to relieve any dryness and itchiness while nourishing hands. The gentle formula won’t clog pores and will leave your hands feeling great.
BIODERMA Atoderm Hand Cream
Recommended by dermatologists, this rich and moisturising cream provides instant comfort and hydration to hands, leaving dry skin feeling silky and smooth. Added bonus: it’s hypoallergenic.
Botáni’s Olive Hand Cream
Formulated with natural plant extracts, this non-greasy hand cream can be used on hands that suffer from eczema, psoriasis and dermatisis. Jojoba oil, vitamin E and olive squalene work together to leave skin hydrated.
Billie Goat Soap Intensive Hand Cream
Did you know that goat’s milk is incredibly gentle on the skin? It can help relieve and soothe skin suffering from eczema and psoriasis, so if that’s an issue for you, then this hand cream is just what you need.

I've tried the Dermaveen hand cream & the Billie Goat hand cream & really liked both. While my hands aren't too sensitive, I do like hand creams that are free of any potential irritants

Love my Botani hand cream! Doesn't irritate my sensitive skin thankfully, but it can be expensive when you lather it on like I do. People For Plants' Hemp, Apricot Kernel & Macadamia hand cream is another one I'd recommend as well.
