Best hand creams for pigmented skin

If your hands are sporting a few unwanted pigmentation spots courtesy of the sun, then you’ll want to use a hand cream that works to lighten spots and even out skin tone while adding moisture and hydration to your skin.
Handy hint: look for products that contain vitamin C as this helps to brighten skin.
BEST HAND CREAMS FOR PIGMENTATION
John Plunkett Superfade Original Cream
This cream is TGA-approved for fading age spots and correcting pigmentation issues. Besides that, it also contains vitamin E to keep your hands soft and supple, and sunscreen to help prevent further damage caused by the sun.
Elucent Whitening Hand Cream
This moisturising hand cream works to brighten the skin on your hands and even out the skin tone. Vitamin C helps to reduce discolouration while safflower seed oil helps to add brightness.
Clinique Even Better Dark Spot Correcting Hand Cream SPF15+
The fast-absorbing hand cream offers up to eight hours of hydration and will still hydrate your hands through at least two hand washes. If that’s not impressive enough, it helps to reduce the appearance of dark spots by utilising an advanced yeast blend to break up existing pigmentation and salicylic acid to exfoliate away the remnants.
Avon Anew Clinical Absolute Even Spot Correcting Hand Cream
Apply this nourishing formula every morning and evening to help improve the tone, texture and clarity of the skin on your hands. It’s also a good idea to massage it into skin before going out into the sun.
Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Eventone Age Spot Hand Cream
Vitamins C and E work together with cocoa butter, soy and licorice extract to help reduce pigmentation caused by the sun while ensuring hands feel soft and look more youthful.

I've been using Avon Anew Clinical Absolute Even Spot Correcting Hand Cream and its amazing. Granted its a bit greasy when first rubbed in but it goes fairly quickly. You only need a really small amount for each hand and it does the job. Amazing.

I have little pigmentation on my hands due to the fact that I use a SPF+ hand cream. It's not absent altogether but much less than I've seen on some women my age. I think using Nivea Q10 Plus Hand Cream is what helps my hands from getting more pigmented and it is affordable too.

So far I only have one spot of pigmentation on my chest, no doubt from frying my skin in the sun when I was a teenager.

I'm starting to get a little bit of pigmentation on my hands, so these types of hand creams might be something I should look into....hopefully there's one out there for my sensitive skin.
