The angels of Victoria’s Secret are about to spread their wings for another year. Bella Hadid, Alessandra Ambrosio, Karlie Kloss and 52 other A-lister angels all strutted down the runway in Shanghai last year. So, in anticipation of this years show, we’ve gathered up some of the best beauty looks from the 2017 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show.

On the runway at Victoria’s Secret, we saw lots of loose waves and curls, smoky eye makeup and varying shades of pink and neutral lips. Tom Pecheux, lead makeup artist, chatted to POPSUGAR about why they kept the hair and makeup fairly natural.

“We have 55 girls with different skin tones and different complexions so we want to make the best of it. We don’t want the Victoria’s Secret girls to look identical. They have been specifically chosen because of their unique beauty so we want to keep that. We don’t want soldiers” Tom explained.
Ever wanted to feel like one of the angels? Tom spilled what products they used.
To prepare hair, the L’Oreal Professionnel Tecni Art Pli Styling Spray was used. Then, a ghd Curve Classic Curl Iron was used to curl random pieces of hair in different directions to get a more natural look. The Victoria’s Secret Velvet Matte Lipstick was used in a variety of shades as well as the Victoria’s Secret Bombshell eau de Parfum Shanghai 2017 Edition.
