If you’ve got curly hair, it’s fair to assume that you steer clear of curly hair bangs. After all, a curly hair fringe surely can’t work, can it? Well, all evidence to the contrary because curly bangs are officially back! That’s right – gone are the days when rocking curly hair with bangs meant looking like an 80s-era Janet Jackson. The key to making a curly hair fringe look modern is all in the cut. When getting the chop, request that your hairstylist cut your fringe when your hair is dry so that they can see how the length will sit with your natural curl.

Once you’ve taken the plunge, make sure you’ve got the right products at home to keep your new curly bangs in check. To keep look firmly cemented in 2017, apply a lightweight styling product on damp hair to help reduce frizz.  Then dry the fringe with a diffuser and finish with a wave spray for too-cool texture.
