The brunette beauty likes to see-saw between long and short hair and has been sporting her long, Cher-inspired wavy locks for a while now. That is, until yesterday. She has just had a major haircut and now, her new strands are as sharp as her selfie skills.
The naturally dark-haired 38 year-old has chopped her long, wavy locks in favour of a slick, new bob for the start of the new season.Celebrity hairstylist Chris Appleton who has worked his hair magic on stars such as JLo and Katy Perry, posted the below Instagram shot of Kimmy K stepping out to debut her sleek, angled lob (longer in the front, shorter in the back) captioned, “Big cut for @kimkardashian today. Who likes the short hair?”
The Kardashian-Jenner family have given us many false shocks in the past, as we know; they are partial to a wig. So on first sight, we weren’t sure if this was just a clever ruse or indeed a polished new do that we could take a screenshot of immediately and save in our ‘haircut inspo’ folders.However, judging by her Instagram stories today, the cut looks pretty real.
Whether you agree or not, Kim is a trend-setter and a lot of women often emulate her different hair and makeup looks. With her fresh, new chop for the start of the new season, we wonder if more women with longer hair will be inspired to go for the slick Kimmy K bob?
