#3 IMPROVE THE TEXTURE
Dry, brittle hair is an obvious indication of older hair that hasn’t been well looked after over the years. Shiny, vibrant hair symbolises health and youth, so it makes sense to ensure that your hair is just that. Try a treatment product that will work to nourish your hair and eliminate the coarse, dry feeling that is often associated with getting older.

What’s your biggest ageing hair concern?
I started going grey in my late 20’s, but it never really increased until I hit my mid forties . A few years back I thought I might stop dying my hair and see what the grey looked like, I thought I might have enough for a funky salt and pepper look. But it looked awful. Now I have more it actually looks better, I think our skin ages us much more, it makes me laugh when people say they want to dye their hair grey – some of are naturals!
